Something in the Water by Vitor

I recommend "Something In The Water" by the St Patrick's Year 7/8 classes. I loved the concept of the movie and the story line.
It has great humour and an interesting storyline which was very cool. The acting from the kids looked like it belonged in the big screen. Their costume was good made sense, like the swim teacher wearing a Hawaiian shirt. Everybody spoke with confidence which was really good. My rating 5/5. : )

Don't lie or you'll get caught by David

I would like to recommend 'Busted' from Tamaki Primary because it is very funny. This is a clip about a boy that is dishonest and likes to lie to his mother. He uses his lunch money to buy lollies and then he lies to the teacher. Later on the mother finds out from the principal that he has been buying  lollies. This movie teaches us an important lesson about not lying and you will learn a lot from it if you watch it.

'When I Grow Up' by Gabby

'When I grow up', a clip made by Tamaki Primary School was featured in the Manaiakalani Film Festival.

When I grow up' features a kid who wonders about his future after his teacher asked him what he wanted to be when he grows up.

This clip have a variety of songs including:  Party Rock Anthem, Lmfao,  T- Pain, Turn all the lights off, Black or White, Michael Jackson, Lazy Song , Bruno Mars and more. The songs only  do not entertain but also fit in perfectly with its topic.

I also like this clip because most kids also go through the same thing wondering if they should join the army or be a hairdresser. It is very mind capturing to see kids like me pulling off awesome clips and could possibly have a future in acting.

I highly recommend this clip as past experiences on wondering what I wanted to 'When I Grow Up'

Have you ever wondered about your future? By Nikki

I recommend "When I grow up" by Room 4 from Tamaki Primary. I like this, because the boy dreams of what he wanted to become and it was really interesting. I liked the music and how they were dancing to it and it was really entertaining. You should definitely watch this movie.

A bit of a journey through Tamaki and time by Manase

The movie makers  take us on a  bit of a journey through Tamaki and time.We see local people dancing  at schools and at different places you might know. The music has a really good beat and is pumping. I liked  the song, because it was a good choice by the film makers.

Why School is Important by Yom

I would like to share this video "School is Cool" by Room 7 with everyone because it tells younger people that school is a good place to learn new things and build up your vocabulary. This video shows all the cool learning they do at school . The whole class, even the teacher, sang a song and finally  the boy who thought school was boring was persuaded to like school more.

Watch this and learn something
