Matariki Celebrations.

 

This year to celebrate our first Matariki National Holiday, our school decided to hold a Ki Orahi and Maori Games day. Room 7 have had quite a few students away with illness and we're still in Traffic Light Orange so our games have had to be within our bubbles. Nevertheless, with the guidance of Coaches Lucas and Chelsea from Kelly Sports we have made the most of this special occasion.

Saint Patrick's Day in Traffic Light Red!

 On 17th of March, our whole school celebrated the Feast of Saint Patrick's Day. In the morning we attended School Mass under our canopy, but we weren't able to sing our hymns due to the Red Restrictions. One member from each class brought a Four Leaf Clover and hung them on our Offertory Tree .
